Illinois Department of Revenue
Agents are stationed in casinos to enforce tax laws, but they cannot arrest drunks or cheats or any other kind of lawbreakers, according to AG's office. 50 Special Agents, half will be going on to Riverboat Casinos soon. Gaming board Spokesman said the board has 65 state police troopers and 26 revenue agents under its direction.  There is a mix of each assigned to each boat.  On some shifts, revenue agents are the only ones aboard. Unsure which units "call signs" or frequencies are used on board casinos East St. Louis -  Casino Queen, Alton - Alton Belle, Metropolis - ?
