1b. In "(parentheses)" is the Input frequency, if 1A is a repeater, which you can tell by looking at 7-if it is an "FB2"
1c. If other frequencies are listed may apply to the same as 1A or as listed in order under other columns
1p. Pending Frequencies
2a. Name of Corporation, Company, Municipaility (State, County, City, Village, Town, etc.)
2b. Address of 2A  
2b2, 2b3, 2b4, etc  If 2b is not location of transmitter, Transmitter Address  (may say tx@.....)
     May be additional transmitter locations, address (ie. other dispatch centers or stations)
2e. In bold [brackets]: Name, Use and/or Channel number; may include other agencies using the channel
2p. Pending Changes to Name, Address, Transmitter Address, Use, etc
     PL2=Pending Level 2 (Pending Level 1 is after submttion to FCC, but no "initinal" action on the application")
3.   FCC Service Code.  Click on the red "Service Codes" for a pop-up-window list of codes.
      May include old codes (IB, PS, PP, PL) now the FCC has simplified most of the codes to PW and IG.
4a. FCC Call Sign. 
     STA - Special Temporary Authorization (from FCC, for more info STA - Special Temporary Authority)
     [call] is sign used by agency but not licensed, or licensed to other agency...
     [no lic]  indicates no known license for frequency
     Iss:  Date licensed issued
     FU:  Date licensed "First Used" as defined by original issue day by FCC, may have been in use before date
4b. Dates of:  Iss: Issued, Mod: Modified, FU: First Use
4x  Expired Information:  Del: Deleted, Exp: Expired  (Not listed in most cases, may have prior call signs)
4p. New or Pending changes from the FCC.   PL2-Pending Level 2; Returned; date of my entry
5.   Bases and wattage (power of transmitter) Info will line up with frequencies
6.   Mobiles and wattage, MO3 are vehicular repeaters:  Info should line up with frequencies in left column Parenthesis will match.
6p. Mobiles and wattage, Pending changes, should line up with same color
7a.  Other units:
       FB2 (Mobile Relay, "Repeater")  (May also be part of a complex trunked system)
       FB4, FB6:  Other forms of Mobile Relays
       (FX-1):  Control Station (remote "base station") that is on the input frequency (1B) on FB2
       FX0:
       xxPG:  Number of PG. (This information can only be found on actual license, "Advanced License Search)
7b.  CTCSS: pL tone or Digital pL tone (DPL/DCS - shown as Dxxx or DSCxxx) if known, tpL is Transmit pL; rpL is Receive pL
8a.  Contact Person, Contact Phone Number, additional information on the channels
8b.  Additional info:  Other area agencies on same frequency (pL tones included if known)
8x.  Expired information
9a.  Date listing was added to the site.  (none or "-" indicates listing added before update column was added)
9b.  Date of Latest Changes to this entry (has to be manually changed)
9p:  Date pending changes added
