Here is an idea for Madison County 911. Currently, they page/dispatch/response multiple agencies on 154.43 167.9 PL.

Dispatch "FireNet"
But it is used by multiple other
agencies for local dispatch and for dispatch from 911. And many
of them use it for fireground/tactical operations. |

Comment:
Montgomery County is one of the few Sheriff's/Police Dept's in the
area to still be using low band. It is probably time that
they switched to a high band (or UHF) repeater for the safety of
their officers and to better provide service to the public.
